Cicely T. Ray is the founder of Cicely T. Ray & Associates Law Firm. A native of Colorado, Mrs. Ray graduated from Grambling University in 1995 and moved to California to attend the Chapman University, School of Law, from which she graduated in 1999. Cicely maintained a general legal practice until 2014 when she began specializing in providing general counsel to construction cases in San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, San Diego, Kern, and Los Angeles areas.


As a sole practitioner, Mrs. Ray oversees case initiation, default judgments, and post-judgment work. Mrs. Ray spent the first third of her legal career focusing on the area of Family Law and Bankruptcy. She has expanded her practice areas to include Construction, Probate, Estate Planning and Personal Injury. Over the course of seventeen years, Mrs. Ray has successfully resolved hundreds of cases through informal resolution or at mediation, achieved summary judgment on numerous occasions, and participated in trial preparation and proceedings.
